Over the past 6 months I have worked with Jaclyn Saez from Houihan Lawrence. I had a little bit of a different criteria than most as I was looking for an apartment to purchase that was accessible. This is no small feet in the White Plains area. Many of the places that we came across that were newer and therefore easier to get around were out of my price range. This left me with options in older buildings that had small doorways or limited access into the building itself.
Jackie worked with me one on one to try to find apartments in different buildings that she thought might work for me. We went to numerous places before we were able to narrow it down on a single apartment. Once we did so she walked me through the whole process and was always by my side no matter how little the commission she was getting. Jaclyn Saez was great to my wife and I! Knowledgeable, honest, patient, and always available to answer questions. We just wanted to take the opportunity to say Thank You to Jackie Saez, and to let you know what a great experience our first home buying process was thanks to Jackie. Jackie was extremely patient, willing to work with our small price point, and very punctual. We had a limited price window to work with, but she was willing to travel to various towns that had that price point. She helped guide us in the end to make a very wise decision on the house we ended up purchasing and made sure we were thinking like future buyers, instead of just falling in love with the house; but actually looking at it as an investment. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and down to earth real estate agent to work with. We knew when we met her at that Valhalla open house that she was a person we could definitely work with. We are so happy with our new house and our decision.
